Welcome to the Cheshire Guild of Woodturners and our new revamped website!

2020 is our 20th Anniversary and we are very excited about the upcoming programme of demonstrators for everyone to enjoy. This years' demonstrators will be showing a wide variety of skills and discussing a wide range of topics to expand our understanding and enjoyment of our chosen craft.

We are a friendly group who meet generally on the 3rd Thursday of every month - Please see 'Calender' for full dates. Our aim is to share experiences, expand our skills and increase our knowledge . Membership ranges from beginners to professionals.

We can be found making shavings at Plumley Village Hall, Plumley Moor Road, Plumley Knutsford, WA16 0TR just off the AA556 close to junction 19 of the M6 .

All Day Demonstration Saturday 18th April  - Gary Lowe - "The Tartan Turner"

This year for our all day demonstration we have secured" the Tartan Tuner" Gary Lowe as our demonstrator enticing him from Elgin in Scotland down into Cheshire.

Tickets for the day are £12.50 in advance and £15.00 on the day. This includes refreshments during the day together with a light lunch.

The demonstration will commence at 10.00am and run till approximately  4.00pm

The venue will be our normal club venue at Plumley Village Hall  Plumley Moor Road  Plumley  Knutsford  WA16 0TR.
