Cheshire Guild of Woodturners
About
Formed by our Life President, David Bryant, in 2000 to pass on
Woodturning Skills to those interested in the art of woodturning with
a place to discuss, watch professional turners make something every
month to help us all improve our skills.
We project all Demonstrations onto large screens for all to see
and hear through our audio and visual facilities.
Membership is only £55 a year payable in April. And for that you gain access to ; Centuries of Woodturning knowledge and skill
; Advice from professional and experienced Woodturners
; Demonstrations every month from Professional or Experienced Woodturners
Visitors are asked to contribute £5 per meeting but if you decide to become a member, this is deducted from your membership
All 20 years old and under are welcome to join free of charge. So why not bring the kids and let them learn a new skill.
During the year we attend many events to promote woodturning in general and of course the club. And there are also opportunities for members to sell things they have made or tools & equipment they no longer have use of.
